Focus on Business
Our initiatives help business people strengthen their business through knowledge sharing, business and social networking, leadership initiatives and information dissemination.

Open for Business Seminar
Focusing on Connect for Success, we delivered a NSW Small Business Month program that highlighted:
- Digitally enabling your businesses in the areas of branding, marketing and customer attraction.
- Maintaining a healthy & inclusive workplace especially considering the impacts of recent crises.
- Networking for Business Advantage in a post-lockdown climate where connectivity and innovation are paramount.
This event enabled small business owners and upcoming entrepreneurs within the Campbelltown (and broader Macarthur) community to meet, connect, learn, network and gain expert advice, and potentially discover profitable business ideas. They especially connected with:
- key partners at local & state government levels
- other local business leaders / key speakers
- community groups with an interest of social enterprise and business building.
The event was made possible with a NSW Small Business Month grant.
“This was one of the most practical networking events I have been to all year. The balance between open networking and speakers who actually provided value was excellent. A very well organised event that I would definitely attend again.” – Abdul Khan Ratan, President, Australia Bangladesh Business Forum.
“Thank you Rainbow Crossing, I made new connections and learnt a lot about networking from others who are very experienced and happy to help others.” – Jenni Eaton, Women with Altitude
Leadership 365
COVID 19 impacted the local business community in ways little imagined there was clearly a need for a new breed of entrepreneurial leader who is innovative, enthusiastic and can provide a new sense of direction in uncertain times.
Leadership 365 was a Leadership Workshop facilitated by Life Coach Rolf Fuchs and award-winning journalist-turned-business owner Brian Laul, that inspired entrepreneurial leadership among young business people.
As part of NSW Business Month, it was designed to improve the communication and leadership skills of young entrepreneurs to better lead themselves and their teams and to improve their ability to work with external stakeholders within the wider business community.
Topics covered included the ability to anticipate, envision, maintain flexibility, think strategically and work with others to initiate changes that will create a viable future for the business.

Open for Business online series + live event
During lockdown, we responded to the reality of small businesses suffering for want of proper advice and adequate knowledge by posting a weekly online resource wherein experts shared knowledge on relevant topics. When lockdown was lifted, we brought business leaders together for one of the first face-to-face events with live panels.
